About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Human Resources Advisor within our boat manufacturing business based in the marine precinct of Coomera. This is a generalist role, providing an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to become a key part of our business. Ideal work times would be 7am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday, however we are flexible to discuss further. 

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Have incredibly strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive projects and collaborate with large teams.
• Provide guidance and support to our staff on all HR related matters across the employee lifecycle
• Champion our processes and provide support to leaders relating to performance management frameworks and procedures
• Take ownership of analysing monthly HR Metrics, tracking data to identify areas of improvement. 
• Drive identified HR initiatives through the business
• You will thrive in a fast-paced work environment, with the ability to juggle multiple competing tasks

What we are looking for:

• Tertiary qualifications in HR or related field will be highly desirable but not essential
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence, negotiate and build strong relationships across all levels of the business. 
• Team player with a commitment to working collaboratively
• Great problem solving skills, you will thrive on thinking outside the box.
• A background in manufacturing, construction, blue collar businesses would be highly regarded
