Senior Software Developer | Industry Leader | $130,000 + Super

Pearson Carter are working with a well-established and expanding company based in Geelong.

With over 70 years in the Australian market, they are looking to hire a Senior Software Developer to join their growing team. This position will transition into a Lead role as the software department expands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop software solutions that align with business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define software requirements.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance within the development team.
• Contribute to the overall software architecture and decision-making process.
• Ensure software quality through testing and documentation.
• Help with system improvements, process enhancements, and project planning.

Tech Stack:

• TypeScript
• Node / React or Vue
• NestJS
• Azure Services
• Power Platform (ideal)

Salary:

• $130,000 + Super.

Location:

• Geelong, Victoria (3 days in the office per week).
