Job Summary:
As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a critical role in attracting, assessing, and hiring exceptional talent who align with MaxMara's values, quality, and excellence. You will be responsible for driving the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and deliver top-tier candidates for various roles within our luxury retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective talent acquisition strategies that align with our luxury brand values.
- Sourcing & Networking: Proactively source candidates using a variety of methods, including luxury retail networks, online platforms, referrals, and industry events. Build and maintain strong relationships with high-potential candidates.
- Candidate Screening & Interviewing: Screen, interview, and assess candidates based on qualifications, experience, and alignment with brand values. Provide a professional, engaging, and informative interview experience.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and memorable experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process. Represent the brand with integrity and professionalism at every stage of the candidate journey.
- Job Postings & Marketing: Create compelling job postings that showcase the allure and exclusivity of our brand. Utilize various recruitment platforms and social media to attract high-caliber talent.
- Onboarding & Integration: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are seamlessly integrated into the brand’s culture and equipped for success in their roles.
- Market Research & Insights: Stay current on industry trends, competitor hiring strategies, and market salary benchmarks to ensure we remain competitive in attracting top talent.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines, interview feedback, and hiring progress.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and employment laws throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in the offboarding process, and schedule exit interviews.
Administration Tasks
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed for HR meetings and management reviews.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of previous experience in HR, Recruitment or administrative roles, preferably in retail.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (preferably).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
