Children's Health Queensland provides services from key locations in the Brisbane metropolitan area and works with the 15 other hospital and health services as well as NGOs and charity partners in Queensland to deliver an integrated network of healthcare services and support across the state. Your Opportunity The Property Facilities Coordinator is a critical role supporting day-to-day building maintenance and property accommodation service requirements across the CHQ portfolio and aids in the delivery of services which includes assisting in broader support activities across the building maintenance, property leasing, car parking and accommodation functions.

• Purchase all FFE within the Hospital providing accommodation assessments coordinating staff relocations.
• Provides support, logging of QFM jobs in the system and working with external contractors.
• Administers facilities related enquires, accounts payable for all building related expenses.
• Manages the end of trip facilities, including auditing and data accuracy. .
