ASC is Australia’s submarine company. About the opportunity
Our Corporate Graduate Program is a unique and exciting early careers pathway dedicated to providing meaningful work, growth and security, while contributing directly to Australia’s national security. Our graduates will receive tailored mentoring and support whilst gaining exposure through rotations across a range of departments prior to settling in a specific area at the end ofthe Program.
We are seeking People and Culture Graduates who have recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Industrial Relations, Business, Communications or Marketing.
This is a structured 2-year program which will commence in July 2025. Located in Osborne, South Australia this program offers outstanding individuals the opportunity to
- Provide end to end support for Organisational Development programs and courses to ensure seamless implementation and a positive participant experience.
- Act as the first line of support for Organisational Development queries - managing the OD Inbox, answering and actioning requests and/or triaging to the relevant Organisational Development team member for further support.
- Assist in conducting research, data analysis, and reporting on workforce trends to drive informed decision making.
- Maintain and update Organisational Development tools, resources and documentation.

Eligibility
This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
