As M&J continue to grow, an opportunity exists for a skilled and detail-oriented Bid Coordinator / Tender Writer to join the team and contribute to their ongoing success.

Reporting to the Commercial Estimator, the Bid Coordinator will manage and coordinate all aspects of the bid process, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions. This role involves preparing bid responses, sourcing and compiling non-technical content and maintaining compliance with brand guidelines.

Responsibilities include:

• formatting proposal documents
• coordinating site visits
• contractor communications
• managing tender templates
• oversee document production
• CRM data entry
• continuous improvement of bid submissions and processes

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in bid coordination or tender writing, preferably within the construction industry. A strong understanding of bid processes, excellent writing and editing skills and the ability to create compelling submission documents are essential. Experience in marketing, content creation, or communications will be highly regarded.

A current White Card, driver’s licence and the ability to obtain necessary clearances, including medical and police checks, are required. This role suits someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
