• Analyse current construction processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement lean strategies to optimise workflow and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the integration of lean principles into project plans.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate team members on lean practices.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of lean initiatives and make adjustments as necessary.
• Establish and maintain a “war board” with key metrics being tracked.
• Conduct “waste walks” with Supervisors and engineers to improve efficiencies.
