APS6 Digital Project Coordinator

The Opportunity

Our client is a community focused Federal Government Agency, currently seeking an APS6 Digital Project Coordinator to assist with ensuring the timely implementation of a major website redevelopment and other microsites projects.

Initial hourly rate contract spanning 12 months with the strong view for extension, offering $60.26 + Super hourly within a hybrid work environment based out of our clients Geelong site with 2 days working from home.

Responsibilities will include:

• Have experience in digital project management and supporting website development projects in previous roles.
• Possess excellent stakeholder management skills to work with internal and external teams and supervise team members performing related roles.
• Undertake a wide variety of general and administrative and reporting tasks as required, including but not limited to project coordination, managing procurement processes, coordinating meeting agendas and minute taking, proof reading, testing and inbox management.

About you:

• Australian citizenship is mandatory to be considered eligible to work for this Federal Government Agency.
• Prior experience providing project support under a digital portfolio ideally for a website development or Implementation.
• Have a sound understanding of website functionality and website technical terminology, digital accessibility, current WCAG guidelines, and be a champion for digital inclusion.
• Strong coordination with ability to pivot as necessary.
