I have partnered with one of Australia's premier media companies who are currently undergoing a massive period of growth and need the help of more talented business development managers to join their dynamic and collaborative sales team to assist with their ongoing expansion of new business. This is a role that offers an exciting mix of over the phone and face to face consultative selling, where you will be taking the time to understand the clients individual business needs and challenges, and tailoring a captivating brief to help your clients get their message out there. What You'll Be Doing
- Generating leads, booking meetings for yourself with potential clients, and getting out on the road and meeting with people face to face.
- Taking the time to really understand your clients business needs, and taking a consultative approach to the sales process.
- Managing existing client relationships.
You will be a great fit for this role if you:
- Have a genuine passionate about people and sales, and enjoy meeting people face to face, forming long term client relationships.
- Are not afraid to pick up the phone and have a chat with potential clients.
- Are a team player who enjoys being part of a collaborative and fun team environment.
Experience in the media or advertising industry is desirable here, but by no means is it a necessity. If you have the passion for sales and enjoy hitting targets and making commission, you will be a great fit for the role.
