• Assist in the development and implementation of program strategies.
• Provide senior level project management/administrative support and coordination.
• Create, maintain, and augment reports, analyses, and manage risks and issues registers.
• Collaborate with leaders and key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, assumptions, dependencies, value proposition, and impacted organisational functions and systems.
• Facilitate team meetings and manage team kanban board.
• Serve as a communication link between team members and other stakeholders in the Scheme Digital Platforms branch.
• Schedule & organise project meetings/workshops with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Have a hands-on approach to guide and support the team.
• Safeguard program processes and documentation.

• 4-6 years’ experience working in a similar role.
• Demonstrate strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrate experience in hands-on program management.
• Demonstrate well-developed communications skills.
• Demonstrate competency in Microsoft applications, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.

Desirable criteria

• Experience in projects, PMO or business administration.
• Show competency in SharePoint, Jira & Confluence.
• Open to uplifting skills and adapting to new ways of working and tools.
• Comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development will be highly regarded..
