About The Role We are seeking a high-performing Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of this high volume outlet store on the Gold Coast. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a busy fast-paced retail environment, drive key sales and performance metrics, and lead a passionate team. Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily store operations in a high-volume environment
• Leading and developing a results-driven team
• Driving key KPIs, sales, and targets
• Managing inventory control and stock flow
• Executing strong visual merchandising standards
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in an outlet store management or senior leadership essential
• Ability to manage high stock volumes while maintaining operational excellence
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• A customer-first mindset with a passion for driving sales
• Experience in a high-turnover retail setting is highly desirable
