Role Description

One of PropertyOne's Clients, a national law firm specialising in property, is looking to appoint 2x Property Lawyers to join their expanding team. Due to business growth, both roles are newly created positions. One lawyer is to be based in the Australian Capital Territory and the other in the Northern Territory. The roles are full time and the successful candidates will need to be content with working remotely. The Property Lawyers will be responsible for handling legal matters related to properties, conducting residential property transactions, drafting legal documents, providing legal advice, and representing clients in property disputes. Both positions will be reporting into the Practice Manager for their relevant territory.

Qualifications and Experience

• Property Law, Real Estate Law, and Contract Law knowledge
• Ideally circa 5 years PAE experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
• Experience in residential property transactions and legal documentation
• License to practice law in the Northern Territory or the Australian Capital Territory.
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field, with a specialisation in Property Law
