We’re searching for a passionate and motivated full-time Account Manager to join our thriving team and support our valued customers Sydney and some surrounding regional areas. If you're eager to make a real impact, this role is for you! As an Account Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our Hardware portfolio, focusing on top clients like Natbuild and IHG (Mitre 10/Home Hardware) amongst others. Your mission? To generate demand, expand our market reach, and build lasting relationships that fuel our growth. What You’ll Be Doing

• Championing a culture of Environmental, Health, and Safety within our organisation.
• Managing a diverse and dynamic customer base while seizing new sales opportunities.
• Planning and executing strategic sales initiatives to maximize growth potential.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure our clients receive exceptional service and support.
• Hitting key targets for revenue, margin, and customer acquisition through the promotion of our innovative products.
• Acting as a brand ambassador, delivering expert knowledge on Laminex products, and tailoring solutions to meet the unique needs of each customer.
• Keeping our clients ahead of the curve by communicating the latest in New Product Development (NPD) and industry trends.
