The ADEF Team is hiring a Product Engineer who evaluates the reliability of materials, properties, and techniques used in production; plans, designs, and develops electronic parts, components, integrated circuitry, mechanical systems, The key responsibilities of a Product Engineer are as follows:
- Evaluate and analyze typical performance characteristics across specified operating ranges.
- Performs product characterization using canned programs with the supervision of a mentor/coach.
- Assists in root cause analysis for sustaining activities.
- Collaborate with the reliability engineering team for AECQ-100 or Low Earth Orbit qualifications.
- Performs GR&R and proposes test limits using existing software tools.
- Bench-to-tester correlation for final test parameters.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering or related fields
- Strong background in electronics, IC bench testing, and evaluation.
- Knowledge of development tools and programming languages such as Cadence, LabView, Python, MATLAB, etc.
- Detailed understanding of general test techniques for analog and mixed-signal devices.
- Experience in automation of high-speed and high-performance lab test equipment.
- Typically requires a minimum of 2 years related and progressive experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Electronics or any related field of study
- Ability to lead technical discussions and learning sessions.
- Awareness of ADEF BU markets and its customers.
- Can provide coaching for emerging engineers.
- Participate in own career development planning.
