Join a distinguished builder and developer renowned for delivering medium to high-density and mixed-use developments. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to spearhead projects within their development arm, acting as the client's representative and ensuring seamless collaboration with the construction division.

Your new role

Reporting to the Director, you will take charge of ensuring that flagship developments are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. On a daily basis, your responsibilities will include:

• Act as the client's representative to ensure projects meet commercial viability and quality standards.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of medium to high-density housing projects.
• Ensure seamless coordination between the development and construction teams.
• Drive project success by achieving timelines, budget targets, and outstanding results.
