Development Manager

As our Development Manager, you'll be at the forefront of shaping GVG's multi-residential projects, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives and maintain our commitment to quality and profitability. This pivotal role demands a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong leadership skills. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of assigned projects from acquisition to completion and after-sales service
• Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met
• Collaborate across departments and consultants to ensure smooth project progression
• Manage project profitability
• Develop design directions that meet both aesthetic and commercial objectives
• Oversee and drive the development approval process, including coordinating DA submission and facilitating its progress in collaboration with the Development Design Manager
• Act as the principal's representative during the construction phase
• Drive the plan sealing process for timely property settlements alongside the Development Design Manager
• Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Property Economics)
• MBA is highly desirable
• Proven history of delivering high-rise residential projects
• Intimate knowledge of apartment design fundamentals
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Proficiency in learning new platforms
• A commitment to innovation and fresh perspectives
