Blacks Transport Group is a growing, family-owned logistics provider with a strong focus on safety and service. We're looking for an experienced Safety & Compliance Manager to lead our safety culture across multiple sites.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Greater Brisbane Area for a Safety, Compliance & Accreditation Manager. The role involves ensuring the company’s compliance with safety regulations, managing safety protocols, conducting safety audits, and maintaining accreditation standards. The Safety, Compliance & Accreditation Manager will also be responsible for developing compliance strategies, providing training and support to staff, and staying updated with regulatory changes.

What you’ll be doing:

✅ Managing NHVAS, CoR and site compliance

✅ Leading audits and safety training

✅ Driving incident management and prevention

✅ Supporting our team to stay safe, compliant, and on the move

About you:

• You've led safety or compliance in a transport environment
• You know your way around NHVAS, CoR, and WHS
• You’re proactive, practical, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves
• Excellent training and support skills for staff
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to stay informed of industry regulatory changes
• Relevant certifications in safety management are a plus
• You’re based near Park Ridge and happy to travel between depots
