About The Role As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects while leading and supporting the Brisbane Projects Team. This role requires strong leadership skills, a commitment to project excellence, and a client-focused approach to ensure successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver assigned projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Lead and mentor the Brisbane Projects team to achieve high performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure all projects comply with time, quality, and budget requirements while adhering to BGIS business systems and contractual obligations.
• Maintain full compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Identify challenges and implement innovative solutions to drive project success.

Qualifications and ExperienceEssential Experience and Skills

• Proven experience in delivering projects or capital expenditure programs.
• Strong relationship management skills, including contract negotiation and client engagement.
• Solid business acumen with experience in financial planning and project cost control.
• Extensive knowledge of workplace health, safety, and environmental compliance for construction sites.
• Experience working with quality assurance, occupational health and safety, and environmental systems.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Smartsheets, Aconex, Procore, or equivalent.

Desirable Experience

• Experience in property management, facilities management, or integrated services.
• Background in airside or sterile environments.

Essential Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety or extensive project management experience.
• General Induction for the Construction Industry (White Card).
• Graduate Diploma in Project Management or a Trade Certificate in a relevant field such as construction, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, or mechanical engineering.

Desirable Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualifications in Building Systems, Project Management, Engineering, or Business Management.
• Experience in the aviation industry.
