The team The Evidence Analysis team provides evidence collection, management and analysis services using various databases and litigation support tools to assist ASIC's regulatory teams to review and present evidence in courts and other bodies. The role As a Consulting Analyst, you will collaborate closely with ASIC investigation teams to develop and implement efficient evidence review strategies, ensuring the appropriate use of technology and advanced analytics. You Will Be Responsible For

• Influencing investigation teams to utilise appropriate technology to review evidence.
• Advising investigation teams on evidence analysis and management practices.
• Managing evidence reviews using a variety of different approaches (e.g. continuous active learning, visual analytics)
• Preparing criminal briefs, criminal disclosure and civil discovery. using Nuix Discover and related technologies.
• Designing and delivering training, creating policies and procedures to educate stakeholders on evidence review.

About You With your demonstrated experience in consulting, eDiscovery and legal technology within a professional services firm, or law firm or enforcement agency, you will have the technical expertise and specialist skills to assist ASIC in reviewing and presenting evidence in courts and other bodies. Your experience includes strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships. You Will Also Demonstrate

• Experience in the use of litigation support software such as Nuix Discover, Nuix Workstation, Relativity, Reveal, EDT or similar.
• Strong data and digital skills, including familiarity with relational databases (MS Access and/or SQL), data analytics, reporting tools and structured and unstructured data sources.
