Key responsibilities/What you do:Role Overview: This role is part of the Travel line of business and a broad based B2B2C marketing role where you work with partners in supporting and influencing their marketing plans whilst also designing marketing activations to be executed through partners and having a background in digital marketing and usage of google analytics and creation of insights. In essence you are defining and implementing partner marketing activations, digital marketing innovations and management of Goggle Analytics reporting, by providing support to our partners on their marketing strategies to optimise sales opportunities. As a member of the Product Management and Innovation (PM&I) team, you will be instrumental in driving B2B2C partner marketing strategies, optimizing partner relationships, and shaping the future of travel marketing initiatives with our partners. Key Responsibilities**:** A typical day in this broad based role would include being involved in the delivery of the B2B2C partner marketing strategy, driving marketing best practice with our partners and tracking ROI of all marketing activations. This is a commercial interactive role where you will be the key representative for implementation of marketing activations with our partners and identifying the opportunities to drive revenue. (i) Partner Marketing Activations & Delivery excellence

  • Lead the creation and delivery of partner marketing plans, campaigns, and activations that align with business objectives and leveraged through our partners – retail and banking
  • Drive the development of digital marketing activations and innovations to enhance partner engagement and support revenue growth.
  • Act as the key representative for the implementation of marketing initiatives with partners, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to drive marketing best practices and build strong partner relationships.
  • Deliver marketing activity to drive customer platform adoption and engagement to build loyalty
  • Leverage global strategies and adapt them to the local Australian market to support growth objectives.
  • Ensure all marketing efforts comply with industry regulations and financial services standards.

(ii) Analytical Leadership – Digital Marketing and GA reporting

  • Provide commercial insights through detailed analysis of market trends, performance data, and customer behaviours, contributing to data-driven recommendations using GA or other forms of market research.
  • Identify growth opportunities in the travel insurance sector and devise strategies to capitalize on these trends.
  • Continuously assess and optimize processes to improve efficiency and outcomes in partner marketing and digital initiatives.
  • Ability to liaise with an agencies where required by defining brief and ensuring delivery excellence

(iii) Partner Engagement & Communication

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with partners, providing them with insights, tools, and strategies to enhance collaboration and success.
  • Tailor communications to different stakeholder levels, from operational teams to executive leadership.

(iv) Innovation & Future Planning

  • Contribute to the development of new and disruptive marketing solutions for the Australian marketplace, driving thought leadership in the travel insurance space.
  • A focus on continuous process improvement, you love the challenge of improving things around you to work smarter not harder.
  • Balance day-to-day tasks while actively identifying and creating future opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Key Deliverables:

  • Develop and implement go-to-market and sales enablement activations with partners.
  • GA4 usage, analytics, reporting and defining recommendations based on findings
  • Design and implement best practices to drive revenue opportunities through partners.
  • Execute marketing activations in Australia, leveraging global assets and insights.
  • Deploy the value proposition effectively through partner channels.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of activities across partners, channels, and trade.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations in the financial services industry.

  • An experienced generalist marketing professional (5+ years) eager to drive change in a global company
  • Bringing strategic thinking, creativity, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Expertise in B2B2C, B2B, and B2C growth strategies, innovation, and digital marketing (GA4 proficiency).
  • Thrives in challenging environments, balancing strategy with execution, and effectively communicating vision and value propositions.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of delivering results, driving team success, and working in highly regulated industries like financial services.
