Aegis Property Group is a top-tier office leasing and property management firm that operates exclusively in the Brisbane metro area. We are well-renowned for our exceptional service and market-leading results. We are looking for an energetic and motivated Office Assistant to join our growing team.

At Aegis, we like to shake up the corporate office environment. Our office is home to our resident guard dog Alfie, an arcade game and we have use of a tennis court and BBQ. Every week, the team participates in group personal training sessions, and we regularly host team events. Aegis is a fast-paced and exciting environment, and we prioritise having a strong team culture.

The Candidate 

You have a great attitude, attention to detail and are motivated to complete tasks. While commercial office experience is desired, it is not essential. You will need to be a confident and effective communicator, both in person and on the phone. You will need to be highly organised, have excellent time management, interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritise your tasks and meet deadlines.

Your role is client-facing at times, so you must have a professional outlook and presentation.

The Role 

 Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reception duties such as answering the phone, greeting visitors
  • Handling or distributing mail
  • Document editing in Adobe, Word, Excel, PPT, Canva
  • Filing, collating and copying documents
  • Data entry duties
  • CRM assistance
  • Office assistant duties – i.e. maintaining office supplies and kitchen supplies, maintaining a clear and tidy workspace (stacking and unstacking dishwasher, wiping down benches, watering plants
  • Uploading expense receipts
  • Personal/ Team Assistant duties i.e. booking travel, client events, and ad hoc personal assistant duties
  • Assisting the Office & Marketing Manager as required
