Civil/Structural Engineer

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 4-5+ years' post-grad experience in an Australian consulting environment.
• Ability to work from both the office and home as needed is required.
• Proficiency across structural materials - steel, concrete, timber, masonry, retaining walls, pools.
• Expertise in civil and stormwater design: OSD, infiltration, hydraulic modelling, traffic paths, levels/falls, driveway design.
• Familiarity with local council DCPs, especially Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast, Maitland, Cessnock, Dungog, Port Stephens, Singleton and Mid-Coast.
• Strong skills in tools such as DRAINS, MUSIC, Spacegass, Structural Toolkit, CheckWind, and AutoCAD.
• A strong grasp of the NCC and Australian Standards.
• High attention to detail and an analytical, problem-solving mindset.
• A valid Driver's Licence and White Card.
