The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Laser Tattoo Removal Specialist who thrives in a client- focused environment to join the team at our brand-new studio located in Mermaid Waters. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional results while ensuring a positive and supportive experience for clients.

As a Laser Tattoo Removal Specialist, you will play a crucial role in transforming lives through advanced laser procedures. You will be responsible for performing safe and effective treatments, educating clients on the removal process, and maintaining high standards of care and professionalism. Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective laser treatments while adhering to removal protocols.
• Ensure compliance with company safety protocols, client records, and treatment guidelines.
• Establish trust with clients through excellent customer service and clear communication of realistic treatment expectations and outcomes.
• Maintain a high level of accountability while collaborating with the studio team.
• Foster a positive studio culture and achieve key performance indicators.
• Perform light cleaning duties and manage administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth studio operations and an exceptional client experience.
• Ensure compliance with company learning and development requirements.

Requirements

• Must hold a full QLD Laser Radiation License for Laser Tattoo Removal (no exceptions).
• A professional who can efficiently manage routine tasks while delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Proven experience in performing laser treatments and educating clients on the tattoo removal process.
• Strong attention to detail, safety, and compliance with industry regulations.
• Ensure compliance with company learning and development requirements.
• Must be available Tuesday - Saturdays
