Your Role We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented Sales Account Manager to join our fastest growing and most strategically focused segment of the business - Home Consumer. The role boasts variety with a key focus on new business development and account management. As Technogym Expert Home, you will be responsible for developing new opportunities within the luxury residential sector and growing our network of business influencers - such as architects, interior designers, developers and personal trainers. You will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships, you will be field-based in Brisbane Metro, and also working together with our Technogym Showroom Partners. Your Impact

  • Contribute to Sales Performance by achieving sales targets
  • Develop new customers and maintain relationships with the existing ones to generate new business opportunities
  • Develop new opportunities with architects, interior designers, personal trainers and any third party able to generate business opportunities
  • Develop a network with showroom partners and high-end furniture brands
  • Maintain good product knowledge and ensure an outstanding customer experience
  • Handle customer complaints, seeking assistance and ensuring issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer and the company
  • Keep up-to-date on brand activities, locations, events and marketing activities
  • Work with the Retail and Inside Sales Teams in order to facilitate and speed up the customer journey
  • Consult with the in-house design team to create home gym layouts

About You You are passionate about health and fitness, enthusiastic and pro-active, while also a strong team player with exceptional relationship skills. You are an independent, confident salesperson with strong organizational skills and previous field sales experience. You have also a passion for design, luxury goods, Made in Italy, and the wellness lifestyle. What You Should Bring

  • Relevant experience as Sales Account / Business Development in a luxury retail environment, design industry, real estate or fitness
  • Degree in Business Administration, Sales or a relevant field
  • Proven ability to communicate and present to, as well as influence key stakeholders including executive and C-level
  • Ability to create and leverage networks, by cultivating key relationships as well as knowledge of local marketing and media
  • Entrepreneurial approach
  • Knowledge of modern CRM systems e.g. Salesforce.com
