We are seeking a keen, motivated, and loyal team player to man our Stilla Display Centre in Neutral Bay. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about customer service, sales, and helping clients find the perfect solution for their outdoor spaces. Applicant must be happy to pick up the phone to follow up customers to get more sales/commission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to visitors.
- Drive sales by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products.
- Manage inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Maintain the showroom's appearance and ensure product displays are presented effectively.
- Process transactions and manage basic administrative tasks.
- Grow sales in Sydney.
Requirements:
✔ Strong customer service and communication skills.
✔ Sales-driven mindset with the ability to exceed targets.
✔ A motivated, reliable, and loyal team player.
✔ Ability to work independently and take initiative.
✔ Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
✔ Passion for home improvement, outdoor living, and high-quality timber products.
