We’re on the hunt for a Client Success Manager to join Springboard Digital – an agency that specialises in providing Google Ads, Paid Social and SEO Services. We are the sister agency of Alpha Digital (one of Australia's leading independent digital agencies) and focus primarily on helping small to medium-sized businesses grow and scale.

Your primary focus will be working with clients as an account manager: understanding their business foundations and marketing needs, creating effective digital strategies to achieve their goals, and help drive results by liaising closely with our delivery team. Additionally, this role also involves a "sales" or business development component, where you'll be required to work with your fellow Client Success Managers to qualify potential new clients, then develop and present a proposal based on the prospect's business and marketing goals.
To be successful in the role you will ideally have a background in managing accounts in a digital marketing context. If you don’t have this experience, but are passionate about digital marketing, working with people and keen to learn - we would still love to hear from you. Brisbane based applicants only.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with leads and clients to collaboratively develop digital marketing strategies (with guidance and support from senior team members, and access to Springboard Digital’s thought leadership and collateral).
- Welcome and onboard new clients to Springboard.
- Coordinate with our team of local, in-house experts to ensure we delivery high-quality work that aligns with the clients' business priorities.
- Update customers with their results each month, as provided by our delivery team (i.e. monthly report).
- Ensure our CRM and all other internal systems are accurate and up to date.
- Supporting or leading sales initiatives and other business development activities.
- Keep prospective clients updated and informed throughout the proposal/pitch process.
- Depending on your background and career aspirations, there is also scope to help with building and managing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
The successful applicant will:
- Be passionate about helping clients succeed online.
- Have a genuine interest in digital marketing, ideally with direct previous experience.
- Have a high level of attention to detail and organisation.
- Be proactive, driven, and energetic.
- Enjoy both working in a team and independently.
- Have excellent communication skills in face-to-face, video conference, phone, email, and online chat communications.
