Secure Parking is one of the largest commercial car park operators in Australia, with over 450 car parks across Australia and New Zealand. Secure Parking was founded over 40 years ago and is now owned by Park24 Co. Ltd, which is Japan's largest commercial car park operator.

We are looking for a Commercial Area Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth through strategic yield management, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence. You will, oversee client relationships and implement commercial strategies to achieve business objectives including revenue growth and improvements to the operating profit of selected car parks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to expand market share and revenue. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Handle escalated client inquiries and contract negotiations.
- Oversee car park setup, ensure operational compliance, and optimize performance. Monitor KPIs and implement improvements.
- Manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and ensure timely invoicing and payment collection.
- Adhere to safety policies, promote equal opportunity, and adapt to technological advancements.
Our ideal candidate requires:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call center roles (retail industry experience preferred).
- Proven background in commercial management, business development, or related fields.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team effectively.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a successful track record of developing and implementing business strategies.
- Proficient in computer literacy, including Excel and database reporting tools.
- Commitment to teamwork and achieving positive customer experiences.
- High level of initiative, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to perform under pressure.
