The Creative  Producer is the glue that holds everything together—the driving force keeping projects moving. You’ll juggle multiple tasks, ensuring content is delivered on time, on budget, and at a high standard. This role requires organisation, initiative, and leadership, balancing efficiency with patience and people skills.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Production and Creative Director, managing content production projects and campaigns for SMEs, national brands, and agency partners.

What You’ll Do

• Project Management – Oversee content from concept to delivery, keeping everything on track
• Client Management – Be the go-to person, building and maintaining strong relationships
• Scoping & Briefs – Define project needs, create clear briefs, and set realistic budgets
• Team Collaboration – Work with editors, strategists, and videographers to bring ideas to life
• Quality Control – Ensure content meets brand guidelines and high standards
• Budget Management – Keep projects cost-effective and within budget
• Timeline Management – Plan schedules and ensure on-time delivery
• Stakeholder Coordination – Work with internal teams and external partners seamlessly

About You

• Experience: 3+ years in content production, project management, or a similar role in a creative agency
• Communication: Strong verbal & written skills, confident in managing clients
• Organisation: Able to juggle multiple projects and problem-solve on the fly
• Technical: Knowledge of content production across digital and video
• Collaboration: A team player who can lead and bring people together
• Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Education: A degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, or similar (preferred)

Training & Development

You’ll report to the Creative Director and Head of Production, receiving hands-on training, written resources, and an onboarding program tailored to your skill level.
