• Senior Project Manager – Target Operating Model
• Must have experience growing / scaling a business
• Financial Services / Fintech
• 12 Month FTCRole Overview:

• Management and oversight of the end-to-end streams– delivery, schedule and milestones, budget, resource, risk management
• Setting up the project and target operating model
• Develop and maintain timeline/schedule
• Develop and maintain resource plan
• Ensure strong governance – preparing and leading project delivery and steering committee meetings to drive best practice delivery
• Manage multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Financial forecast & budgeting
• Identify issues, risks and develop mitigation plans
• Provide input to the steering committee and regular progress/status reporting

Skills & Experience:

• Demonstrated Experience in working on a project to grow / scale a business – Must have
• Financial Services experience – ideally Wealth Management
• Target Operating Model Experience – Must have
• End to End project experience, able to clearly articulate how you would come in and set up the project for success
• Strong stakeholder management – able to liaise with multiple stakeholders of all levels
