About The Role As we continue to shape the urban landscape, we are seeking a skilled and motivated client-side Design Coordinator to uphold the Mosaic brand and assist the Design team to ensure excellence in design and project delivery. Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Providing general assistance to the design team to manage and coordinate the design elements of all Mosaic projects
  • Reviewing and analysing projects against Mosaic design standards
  • Assisting in the selection of budget appropriate finishes, fixtures, signage, communal area furniture and styling that maintain the original design aesthetic and quality outcomes required for a Mosaic project
  • Interrogating designs to ensure that the project is held to a high quality and meets project budget and aesthetic requirements
  • Review and interrogate projects against Mosaic design standards
  • Coordinating supplier meetings
  • Managing and maintaining the sample library
  • Assist with compiling project physical samples
  • Furniture and styling selections and management of ordering, deliveries and installs
  • Project signage concept design and tender pack
  • Research current and future evolving trends in apartment design, including researching, visiting and sharing ideas to help grow the potential pool of ideas for the future improvement to Mosaic’s product

About You The successful candidate will have:

  • A passion for architecture, interior design and place making with a good, practical, design eye.
  • Graduate of Architecture or Graduate of Interior Design or currently studying
  • Relevant work experience in a corporate office environment
