Data Analytics Manager

Be a key part for transforming community healthcare through innovative, data-driven projects that have advanced analytics at the heart of decision making. Working on impactful data projects around mental health, cancer research and other health metrics , this role combines leadership and technical skillsets.

Role Overview:

Lead strategic data analysis and insights to drive evidence-based decision-making. Oversee a small team of Data Scientists, delivering tangible reporting and insights to exec and c-suite stakeholders. Apply advanced data analytics, machine learning, and AI techniques to transform complex datasets into actionable insights that improve health outcomes, optimise resource allocation, and support strategic planning.

Foster a data-driven culture, empowering stakeholders with impactful visualisations, dashboards, and reports to make informed decisions. Work closely with Head of Data Engineering & engineering department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead health data analysis, geospatial insights, and predictive modelling for strategic planning.
  • Apply advanced statistical methods, machine learning, and AI to generate actionable insights.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and visualisations for diverse stakeholders.
  • Manage projects, set strategic goals, and promote data-driven decisions.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience working in Healthcare, clinical practice, or non for profit advantageous.
  • Expertise in statistical tools (R, Python, SQL, Power BI, ML).
  • Proven experience in machine learning, AI, and predictive modelling.
  • Strong leadership in managing analytics projects and teams.
  • Effective communicator, skilled at translating complex data into insights.
  • Experience working with large datasets and advanced analytics methods.
