  • Based at Homebush West, free on-site parking or a 10 minute walk from Flemington station

About the role

Reporting to the Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer, and based onsite at the corporate Homebush West office, you will provide support and general administration assistance to the Finance team.

This opportunity offers the flexibility to work either 20 or 24 hours spread over a 3-day workweek.

Responsibilities include;

  • Managing and scheduling meeting room reservations.
  • Answering enquiries received by phone and email.
  • Coordinating the organisation and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Assisting with travel coordination.
  • Processing of accounts.
  • Filing, photocopying, and scanning.

About you

As a quick and eager learner, you excel at quickly grasping new tasks and are always ready to contribute to the team’s success.

You will also have:

  • Proficient with the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet competing deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
