Engeny is on the lookout for a motivated and skilled Intermediate or Senior Civil Engineer with 4-7 years of experience to join our expanding team of over 70 engineers across Brisbane and the Gold Coast. What You’ll Be Doing As an Intermediate/Senior Civil Engineer, you'll have the chance to work on a variety of impactful projects, including:
- Resources & Mining: Lead large-scale rehabilitation and mine site infrastructure works such as haul roads, dams, levees, and diversion drains.
- Local Government: Contribute to local roads, active transport solutions, and drainage projects that benefit communities.
- Private Sector: Design and manage projects in land development, renewable energy, and waste management.
- Collaboration Across Disciplines: Partner with structural, geotechnical, pumps, and pipelines teams, learning and sharing knowledge with experts across these disciplines.
- Hands-on Project Management: Take charge of projects and proposals, overseeing design, budgets, schedules, and client interactions, all while following projects from concept through to construction.
- Autonomous Work with Support: Use your growing expertise to manage projects and make key decisions while working under the mentorship of senior engineers to accelerate your professional development.
About YouSolid Experience: You bring 4-7 years of experience in civil and multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects, ideally in one or more of the sectors mentioned above. Technical Expertise: You have a strong understanding of surface water/drainage engineering and design. Documentation Skills: You’re comfortable preparing design documentation such as technical specifications, reports, drawings, BOQs, and cost estimates. Qualifications: You hold a tertiary engineering degree and have post-graduate experience in civil engineering design and project management.
