We're on the hunt for an Operations Coordinator to play a pivotal role in delivering operational excellence, supporting store teams, and executing strategic projects.
đź What Youâll Be Doing
As our Operations Coordinator, youâll be hands-on, proactive, and strategic â balancing the needs of customers, teams, and the business. Youâll work closely with our Operations Manager, support national retail operations, and help roll out key initiatives to drive performance and customer experience.
â Support stores to achieve KPIs: sales growth, stock turnover, customer service, WHS, wage control, conversion rates, profitability
â Conduct regular store visits to monitor compliance, coach teams, and ensure consistent execution
â Assist with store fit-outs, visual merchandising, IT projects, and liaise with external suppliers and vendors
â Manage the Operations Inbox â triaging, escalating, and resolving queries promptly
â Keep our policies, procedures, and ops logs updated and relevant
â Act as a key bridge between Head Office and stores â working on the floor to understand frontline challenges and opportunities
â Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and training to build capability and enhance the customer experience
â Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism and a service-first mindset
â Champion WHS compliance and injury management processes across sites
đ What Weâre Looking For
âď¸ Previous multi-site retail management experience (Area Manager, Cluster Manager, Retail Operations)
âď¸ Track record in delivering store openings, refits, or project rollouts
âď¸ Solid understanding of retail systems â POS, ERP (Epicor preferred), Microsoft Office Suite
âď¸ Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret sales data, drive performance, and improve profitability
âď¸ Excellent communication and relationship management skills â both written and verbal
âď¸ Passion for team development and coaching
âď¸ Knowledge of HR, WHS, and Fair Work compliance
âď¸ A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
âď¸ A valid driverâs license and flexibility to travel interstate as needed
