Responsibilities Responsible for executing a growth strategy focused on remediation projects based on financial gain and customer satisfaction. Your duties will include:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution of projects.
• Collaborate with the State Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs.
• Lead bid preparation and submission processes.
• Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
