We specialise in employer-sponsored visas and have extensive experience with standard sponsorship and labour agreements (DAMA, Industry and Company Specific). We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality services and are looking to expand our team with a Migration Case Manager/ Migration Coordinator, who shares our commitment to excellence and ethical practices.
About You:
- Tertiary qualification in accounting, finance or law
- Understanding of the Australian migration system
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, PDFs) and adaptable to new technology
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office role

- Self-starter who can work autonomously and follow established processes
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and grow, with internal and external training available aligned with your career aspirations

Key tasks:
- Efficiently rename, organise and save documents
- Check, review and verify documents received and information provided
- Assist the migration agent with follow-ups/reminder, drafting correspondence and other relevant tasks for a decision-ready application
- Coordinate effectively with team members and stakeholders (Department, skills assessment authority, translators, ...)

Base remuneration: $65,000 – $85,000 per year depending on experience + bonus
