People Systems Administrator (UKG Time & Attendance)

Brief Description Be responsible for the provision and optimisation of HR technology systems, focusing on admin, integration, data management, and reporting to support business needs! The role The People Systems Administrator T&A is responsible for the provision of services and solutions of the organisation’s human resource technology systems to various client groups. The main focus involves maintenance and optimisation of systems involving administration, integration, configuration, user access management, data management and reporting whilst working in consultation with stakeholders to deliver business improvements enabled by People Systems. Positions Accountabilities

• Work in collaboration with the A&G technology and system owners to monitor People System integrations
• Escalate application issues to People Systems vendors through established escalation protocols
• Ensure data management and integrity of systems by performing routine/scheduled system audits involving mapping and analysis of data loads/file transfers between various systems and its architecture
• Development and maintenance of system governance collateral (procedures, guides, process maps) to manage and control people systems’ risks and improve team capability
• Perform system improvement initiatives and project activities including the assessment and test of application releases to ensure seamless system implementation and enhancement

EssentialWhat experience you’ll bring

• Previous system administration of a Time & Attendance business application OR experience managing staff schedules through an application
• Good verbal and written communication skills with customer / user experience focus
• A superior level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to collaborate with peers and technical experts in a team environment

Desirable

• Experience with HRIS administration (A&G use UKG Ready HCM, and Aurion Payroll solution)
