How will I help? you’ll be responsible for overseeing the entire end to end home lending process for regulated mortgages within your state and segment, from receiving referrals through to origination and settlement. Leading a high-performing team, you will work collaboratively with key stakeholders to deliver exceptional business mortgage solutions. Your leadership will focus on driving a customer-first approach, building trust with business customers, and ensuring your team consistently meets and exceeds expectations. You will also play a key role in recruitment and employee engagement while continuously driving efficiencies within the business to improve the customer experience. What’s in it for me? You should have a strong track record in coaching teams to improve performance and customer relationships. The ability to operate at a national level, along with solid financial analysis and credit risk management expertise, is essential. You will need to bring strategic thinking, a passion for leveraging emerging technologies, and strong business acumen to the role, driving results and managing risk to achieve business and customer goals.
