• Parental Leave cover | 3 days a week - Flexible day, Thursday & Fridays
• Provide split support to the Mental Health Tribunal (MHT) and clinical staff at RMH MHS Waratah Clinic in Moonee Ponds
• A critical customer service role for our growing Mental Health Service
• Contribute to excellent customer service, patient care, and data management

About Us The RMH Mental Health Waratah Clinic aims to provide a consumer-focused and professional role where visitors are welcomed and helped to feel at ease at what can be a stressful time for them. • Ability to problem-solve in a complex and ever-changing environment
• Excellent Interpersonal and communications skills
• Ability to work with limited direct supervision
• Excellent administration skills, including data entry and attention to detail
• Administrative experience
