Operations Manager

Position Overview: The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the HADR Institute, ensuring that all programs and activities are executed efficiently and align with our mission. This role involves managing resources, coordinating with various departments, and implementing operational policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• They will be supporting the preparedness of international deployments, including budget, logistics and programming.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Manage budgets and financial reports in collaboration with the finance team.
• Coordinate between departments to ensure seamless program execution.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Manage relationships with partners, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations is a plus.
