Marketing Coordinator / Sales Development Representative

• Remuneration: $70,000 AUD Base + Super + 8% Bonus.
• Require: Marketing Degree or Major in Marketing equivalent Degree. Internships + Marketing experience as an assistant or coordinator is highly favored! Or exposure to B2B Sales.
• Must be based in Sydney, NSW.

Headquartered in the US and with over 10,000 customers worldwide, the Sydney office is growing and is on the search for a Marketing Coordinator to join the organisation! They are a global leader in CRM and operations software for the staffing industry.

This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing team that is giving you the ability to work on Marketing responsibilities alongside dabbling into Sales too! The great thing about it**? No cold calling!** You will be supporting the wider sales team with inbound (HOT) leads. The role is split between 50% Marketing and 50% Sales. Why you ask? Gives you the chance to get exposure to both realms and when it comes time to being promoted internally, you can decide whether Marketing or Sales is what you're keen to pursue. All whilst having a great manager supporting you through the way.How will you contribute?

• Supporting the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and event channels.
• Qualifying inbound leads from marketing activities and directing them to the appropriate sales reps - ensuring a seamless and positive experience for prospects.
• Assisting the Head of Marketing and broader Executive team with day-to-day marketing needs.
• Coordinating trade show logistics including marketing asset management, merchandise distribution, and post-event follow-up.
• Helping develop engaging marketing content and advertising in line with brand guidelines.
• Building and executing targeted email campaigns, especially within account-based marketing.
• Managing blog content distribution and helping promote thought leadership.
• Collaborating with partners on joint marketing activities across both digital and event channels.

What are they looking for?

• A marketing degree or at least 1 year' experience in the marketing space.
• Willingness to learn! Be a sponge and bring good energy to the team.
• You're an expert when it comes to multitasking and proactive planning, with very strong written and verbal communication skills and an eye for detail.
• You have the ability to write succinct, crisp emails and a great phone manner
• You thrive in fast paced settings, with the ability to build relationships remotely
• You make connections everywhere. You're an avid networker that builds strong relationships with people, leveraging those relationships to creatively solve problems
