WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to address issues and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Participate in site inspections and meetings to identify and resolve any problems or risks
• Maintain accurate project records, documentation, and reporting
• Support the Project Manager in the preparation of tenders, contracts, and other project-related documentation
• Provide administrative support to the Project Management team as required
• Step up and lead smaller projects independently, giving you real ownership and a taste of what it’s like to run the show.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 2-4 years' local experience in a construction Project / Contract Administrator role or Site Supervisor role, or 1-2 years' experience as an Assistant / Junior Project Manager.
• Demonstrated understanding of construction processes, project management methodologies, and risk management.
• Good understanding of the NCC, Australian Standards, EHS Laws & Regulations.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with a range of stakeholders
• Proficient in the use of project management software and MS Office suite
• A tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field is preferred
