Publication Developer

We are seeking an experienced professional with strong skills in, project management, writing and stakeholder engagement.

About the RoleAs part of the team, you will:

• Manage publication projects in line with established guidelines
• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and alignment
• Conduct research, analysis, and writing tasks to produce clear and concise documents
• Promote consultation and consistency across publications
• Provide advice and training related to publication development and terminology

Key Skills & Experience

• Project management and organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a structured environment.
• Strong writing, editing, and research abilities, ensuring clarity and accuracy in technical or policy documents.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to liaise with experts and teams.
• Familiarity with quality management processes, documentation standards, or technical writing best practices.
• Knowledge of Defence, government, or industry-specific documentation (highly desirable).
