Permanent People are delighted to be working with a recruitment client in Brisbane who are looking to hire an experienced Recruiter for a Commercial Construction perm desk.

The Role

You will take over and grow a Commercial Construction desk which is already established, so there is an opportunity to come in and hit the ground running.

This is a 360 recruitment desk so you will be business developing, managing existing accounts and sourcing the best talent within the Construction market in Queensland.

This desk has the potential to become a $500k-$600k through hard work and the excellent client base our client has in Brisbane.

Our client will also be interested in those with recruitment experience in Civil/Infrastructure, Residential Construction, Business Support, HSEQ, or Perm Trades.About You

• At least 2-5 years recruitment agency

• Currently working in permanent recruitment

• Strong track record of billings

• Ability to win and develop clients

• Headhunting background

• Sales mentality
