The Product Owner - CRM and Memberships is responsible for shaping and enhancing Jetstar’s customer and contact centre experiences, to drive commercial success and exceptional customer experiences. This role plays a key part in ensuring that our technology evolves to meet customer needs, supports operational excellence and aligns with Jetstar’s business objectives. You will engage with key stakeholders across Jetstar, acting as a conduit between business teams, technology teams and vendors to ensure solutions are fit for purpose. Key Responsibilities

  • Defining and communicating a clear product vision and strategic roadmap.
  • Leading the development and optimisation of solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and business value.
  • Prioritising, analysing, and delivering key features to boost efficiency and engagement.
  • Building strong internal and external partnerships to align tech initiatives with company goals.
  • Monitor and enhance products supporting customer and contact centre experiences through data-driven decisions.
  • Consult on projects and initiatives impacting the product stack
  • Proactively communicate product strategies, updates, and roadmaps to stakeholders.

You’ll Have

  • 3-5 years’ experience in Product Management
  • Experience working with Customer Relationship Management Systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong understanding of product management, design and analysis
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills.
  • Ability to analyse and structure complex data and to develop meaningful reports and insights
  • Experience working in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and co-located offices
