Our bakery is a community hub where locals and visitors come together to enjoy fresh, handmade products in a warm and welcoming space.We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Store/Café Manager to lead our front-of-house team, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth daily operations, and a thriving café environment. What You’ll Do:Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store and café.Lead and inspire the front-of-house team, fostering a positive work culture.Ensure exceptional customer service and an inviting atmosphere.Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control.Handle staff rosters, recruitment, and training.Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with food safety standards.Assist with sales, cash handling, and reporting.Collaborate with the bakery team to showcase and promote our products.
