Finance Coordinator

We provide Accounting & Business Advisory, Financial Planning and Finance, Technology services through Orlo One, and a range of consulting services for growing business, through Blue Jam. Family Business, Construction and Healthcare providers.

We are seeking a Finance Coordinator to join our dynamic Corporate Services Team, based in Adelaide. This is an internal role supporting our business operations by providing high-quality financial services to our professional service lines.

About the Role:

In this diverse and engaging role, you will:

• Coordinate invoicing, debtor processes, accounts payable, and payroll with precision.
• Process financial transactions, including invoicing, bank reconciliations, and compliance reporting.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency across the team.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless financial operations.
• Uphold company policies and contribute to a culture of trust, innovation, and excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

• 1-3 years of experience in finance or bookkeeping within a medium to large organization.
• Payroll experience advantageous but not required. Training and development can be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software (Xero preferred).
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative work ethic.
• Bookkeeping qualifications (Certificate IV or similar) desirable.
