About the Role:

Are you ready to power up your career? We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team at our Brisbane City Office. This is a highly collaborative role focused on building new and existing relationships with our large commercial & industrial customers and working across our finance, trading and risk teams. We need someone with a challenger mindset and winning attitude to support in delivering high quality service to our customers.

This role is part time, 3-4 days per week with the opportunity for flexible hours.

Reporting to the Strategy and Trading Manager, responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:

• Business Development
• Contract Management
• Development of Customer Proposals
• Customer Health Check monitoring
• Customer Support
• Reporting

Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ account management experience within the energy or related industry
• Business degree or equivalent is desirable
• Analytical and solutions-focused
• Good written and verbal communication, report writing, computer skills
• Ability to achieve goals within time constraints
• Ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders throughout the business
• Self-motivated and sound decision-making skills
