• Supporting the development, implementation and tracking of the yearly planning and strategy for the Spatial Solutions team
• Guiding the growth and development of team members, honing your coaching and mentoring skills to help cultivate a highly collaborative team culture.
• Helping to implement the recruitment strategy for the Spatial Solutions team and representing EMM as an inspiring ambassador who shares insights and what it means to work here.
• As we embrace hybrid working, you’ll foster working from home and collaboration days in your nearest office.

• A genuine passion for and demonstrated experience in people management, client liaison and project management.

• 5+ years’ consulting experience
• Critical/essential technical work-related experience
• A degree in geography, environmental science or a related discipline
• Respect – you listen and understand others’ views and work together to create opportunities for all
• Integrity - you do what is right for your stakeholders to deliver what is true as opposed to popular
• Humility - you understand the strength of humility and that no one is bigger than the team.
