Position: Campus Administrator

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for online inquiries and consultations with students and parents and formulating appropriate teaching plans for students.
  2. Receive visiting clients and provide on-site consultations.
  3. Track students' learning progress and address issues related to learning outcomes for both students and parents.
  4. Effectively communicate with students and parents to understand their thoughts and concerns.
  5. Assist and supervise teachers’ teaching to ensure the implementation of students' learning plans and guarantee satisfactory tutoring results.
  6. Ensure service quality meets customer satisfaction standards, promoting student re-enrolment and positive word-of-mouth.
  7. Participate in school promotion-related activities.
  8. Engage in various campus management tasks to promote campus development.

Skills and Competencies:

  1. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other office software.
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin), capable of communicating effectively through various channels (phone, WeChat, email, etc.).
  3. Passionate about the education industry, with a friendly demeanour; detail-oriented and meticulous in work.
  4. Creative and skilled in using social media effectively.
  5. Humble, courteous, and friendly; able to handle emergencies calmly and professionally.
  6. Possesses strong communication, coordination, analytical, and summarisation skills; capable of planning and organizing; observant and attentive.
